A new product in the Soraie Deck lineup, a recycled wood deck for single-family homes, with a luxurious decorative design called Carved PLUS, which has a wood grain embossed pattern. By roughening the surface of the deck material and using a unique wood grain embossing process, we have carried out a design that emphasizes the wood grain pattern through contrasting colors and shadows, and drawn out the beautiful wood grain pattern.

Currently, decks made of recycled wood are gaining popularity in the outdoor market due to the durability of the material. Under such circumstances, Fukuvi launched Soraie Deck for single-family homes in 2017 as part of the recycled wood and timber business that has been in operation for about 20 years and has received support from a wide range of customers.

Recently, in order to meet customer demands for decks with a higher level of design, we have created Soraie Deck Carved PLUS, a product that expresses a high-end design with an original wood grain design.
The roughness of the surface of the deck material and the embossing of the wood grain create a clear difference in color and shading, allowing the wood grain pattern to stand out.

High-quality Japanese artificial wood WPC (Wood Plastic Composit) artificial wood is produced and imported from Japan. It uses ABS plastic as the main ingredient, making the artificial wood tough, not easily cracked, and durable, and the color does not fade easily.

WPC – DECK is a wood-plastic composite flooring product made from wood powder derived from fallen trees and recycled ABS/PVC plastic. In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of production, we work with local forest conservation organizations to obtain recycled fallen trees and reuse them for use in our products. By using real wood and a high plastic-to-wood ratio, we are able to create products that feel and look like real wood, without the disadvantages of real wood. Adding ABS/PVC plastic to the mix makes our products weather-resistant. And it can last for decades with minimal maintenance. Plus, with the additives included in the composite material, we’ve made sure that the product is not only fire-resistant but also self-extinguishing, so it can meet building codes and provide the safety our customers are looking for when building with Fukuvi.
