Equipment required
Fukuvi Deck ND
Galvanized steel frame or aluminum frame
Drill screw
Clip lock (only Fukuvi accessories)
Electric drill
Level measurement tools
Circular saw or electric saw
Pencil and tape measure
1. Prepare the area
Check the original floor to be smooth and strong. If the floor is uneven, adjust the level before installation.
If installed on the ground, pour concrete or use a support base for strength.
2. Install the support frame.
Use a galvanized steel frame or aluminum frame, place it parallel, with a distance of about 30-40 cm. (Install according to Fukuvi standards)
Use a spirit level to make sure the frame is at the same level.
Secure the frame firmly with screws or concrete dowels.
3. Install the artificial wood flooring
Place the Fukuvi artificial wood flooring on the support frame, leaving a gap of about 3-5 mm between the boards to accommodate expansion.
Use the locking clip (only Fukuvi accessories) to fasten the wooden floor boards to the frame using the screws with the drill tip.
Continue installing the floor boards until the desired area is covered.
4. Finish and check for neatness.
Check all fastening points to be tight.
Use a saw to adjust the excess wood edges.
Clean the artificial wood flooring after installation to make it ready for use.
Additional tips
If you want to install in a place with strong sunlight, leave a small gap between the boards to allow for expansion.
You can use a brush or cleaner to clean the artificial wood floor to maintain its beauty and extend its lifespan.
